Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring for a processing team associate responsible for accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise. You will aim to hit daily production targets (35 pieces per hour) in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining legibility and accuracy of tasks.

The role includes weekends occasionally and offers an employee discount plus growth opportunities. Employees may receive referrals, performance-based increases and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• handwriting must be legible and clear
• ability to follow written or oral instructions
• ability to perform production tasks to meet daily goals
• ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duties in the processing team including donations intake, presorting and pricing merchandise
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager
• Maintain fast, accurate output in a high-paced environment
• Support team by aligning with mission and core values
