Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail‑oriented donations processor to assist donors and manage incoming donations. You will greet customers, issue receipts, sort and price items, and keep the processing area clean and organized.

The role requires physical effort, including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, standing for long periods, and following safety procedures. Excellent customer service and basic math are important.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail/stock handling and customer service practices.
• Ability to follow directions and respond to emergencies calmly.
• Basic math and familiarity with money, weights, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors with courteous, professional service and issue donation receipts.
• Receive and sort donations into proper carts or bins.
• Sort, price, and label hangers and hard goods.
• Hang garments and rotate stock to maintain merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, safe processing and selling area.
• Assist customers with lifting items and direct them to proper areas.
• Follow shoplifting prevention procedures and report incidents.
