Responsibilities

• Sort donations into clothing, wares, salvage, and trash.
• Process and price donations; identify Ecommerce-worthy items.
• Maintain knowledge of brands and market value to maximize revenue.
• Ticket and hang clothing per established standards; meet production goals.
• Pull clothing boxes, refill hangers, and organize racks by floor categories.
• Provide excellent donor and shopper service; ensure safety and cleanliness across areas.
• Utilize approved tools to determine fair prices and quality standards.
