Donation Processing Specialist

Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking staff to process donations and assist donors in a friendly, efficient manner. You will greet customers, issue receipts, sort and price donated items, hang garments, rotate stock, and keep the processing area clean and organized.

The role requires basic computer skills, barcode scanning familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds with occasional heavier lifts. Prior retail/stock experience is a plus, with a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.
• Math: add/subtract two-digit numbers and use money units.
• Basic computer skills and barcode scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers/donors and issue donation receipts.
• Sort donations into carts; assess quality.
• Sort, box and label hangers; hang garments timely.
• Price and rotate stock; place items on sales floor.
• Maintain clean and safe production and processing areas.
• Assist customers and direct them to proper areas; handle complaints.
