Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Store Processor to meet production goals by pre-sorting, sorting, hanging, and tagging merchandise for the sales floor. You will handle donations, verify incoming merchandise from warehouse, and maintain a clean, orderly environment while following safety and store procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and passing background/drug screenings, with opportunities for career growth into supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive product donations from donors.
• Determine usable and saleable items per guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Meet production targets within the specified time period.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and organizing hangers/racks.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Comply with all company, store, and opening/closing policies including pricing and markdowns.
• Receive and verify merchandise from warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
