Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority. You will be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success from the beginning, building windows with a team.

As you assemble products using various tools and read on-screen instructions, you’ll contribute to smooth production lines. The role offers overtime, with competitive pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow visual and written instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
