Job Summary

Powder Cote II in Clinton, Tennessee is hiring a full-time Production Associate Clinton TN to support our fast‑paced automotive coating and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help prepare, hang, move, and pack parts on our e‑coat and powder‑coat production lines to ensure accurate workflow and top‑quality finishing.

Schedule: Full-time, 8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed
Location: Clinton, TN (Anderson County), about 20 minutes north of Knoxville

Responsibilities

• Prepare, hang, move, and pack parts for painting and shipping processes.
• Follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines to ensure top‑quality products for the automotive, construction, and agricultural industries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting issues, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and twisting for 8‑hour shifts (some parts weigh 25–50 lbs and require repetitive handling).
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a production team to meet daily schedules and throughput goals.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety policies.
