Job summary

Armada Staffing Group seeks a Production Operator for a fast-paced coating facility in Ohio. You will load and unload parts, prepare items for e-coating and powder coating, and perform quality inspections while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include handling parts through the coating process, assisting with rework and process improvements, and upholding 5S standards and safety policies in a full-time role with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs consistently.
• Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

This role supports the coating process by moving parts through different stages of production. Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, preparing items for coating, inspecting finished work, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
