Job summary

ARXG, powered by Reconomy, is seeking an on-site Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota location. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, dependable, and ready to learn and grow on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include assisting with manufacturing, operating equipment, assembling products to spec under guidance, performing quality checks, packing finished goods for shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently and meet production standards with limited supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Previous production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Good hand/eye dexterity.

We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
