Job summary

Responsibilities include feeding glue pots, loading labels and finished product, reporting issues to supervisors, and maintaining quality and GMP compliance. Training and shift hand-offs are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Fill glue pots as needed.
• Fill labels into machine.
• Load finished product cardboard into machine.
• Report machine problems to Supervisors.
• Completion of site-specific reports and forms Identity and communication of quality issues.
• Complete line setups/changeovers/sanitation.
• Visually inspect label placement, case codes, piece count, and orientation as specified by product standard.
• Check finished product seal integrity.
• Conduct training as needed.
• Conduct a successful shift hand-off.
• Follow all company policies including but not limited to safety practices and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
• Maintain product quality and food safety at all times.
• Report all food safety and quality issues to management in a timely manner.
• To ensure safety and security of the facility report all issues to management in a timely manner.
• Attend all required training.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
