Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate for a Fond du Lac, WI plant. The role involves setting up and operating equipment on a moving assembly line, performing sanitation, and ensuring product is weighed, labeled, and documented according to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience with strong mechanical aptitude, solid communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be available all days, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment on a moving assembly line.
• Complete mandated documentation.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Fill and bag product per customer requirements.
• Weigh, label, and record finished product.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures and quality control practices.
• Adhere to company safety policies and programs.
• Maintain an orderly work area.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
