Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a food manufacturing client in Massachusetts. The role supports the production line on 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17 per hour. The site operates in a cold-temperature environment and offers ongoing training.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and willing to work across different production areas. Drug and background screenings are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.
