Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a client in the food manufacturing sector. The role supports the production line, working on a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM in a cold-temperature environment in Massachusetts.

Training provided; no prior experience required. Responsibilities include operating equipment, rotating tasks across assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches, monitoring quality, and maintaining GMP-compliant safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations (cold and hot).
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.
