ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing line in a cold-temperature environment. The role offers a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM and a pay rate of $17 per hour, with potential for ongoing employment and skill development.

The position requires reliability and adaptability, with no prior experience needed as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates must be able to pass drug and background screenings and work across various production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.
