Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated Production Worker for our client in the food manufacturing sector. You will support the production line, operate equipment, and help with assembly, rolling, and packaging croissants and sandwiches in a cold-temperature environment.

The role offers 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM–11:30 PM) in Wilmington and Haverhill, MA, with training provided and opportunities for ongoing employment and skill development within a reputable organization dedicated to safety and

Qualifications

No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed
Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions
Must pass drug and background screenings

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line
