Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift with training and certification provided.
• Ability to read documents and interpret facts and draw conclusions.
• Understanding basic math, reading, and writing.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators at coil loading and packaging ends of the line and as needed.
• Build pallets and shipping containers using hand and power tools.
• Band and palletize metal coils and/or metal sheets, placing tags/labels on finished products.
• Perform quality checks to verify proper lengths, widths, and weights using proper tools.
• Detects and reports faulty operations or defective materials.
• Move or carry parts, equipment, or materials.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Wrap and unwrap materials.
• Housekeeping of work areas.
• Operate a sit-down forklift.
• Achieve production goals while complying with safety requirements.
• Will perform other duties as requested or assigned.

• This role is performed onsite at our facility located at 10551 Pac Rd, Tyler, TX 75707.

• An Hourly Rate of $20.49

• Vacation Days: The total number of days granted depends on your years of professional experience. The first year of employment is prorated based on the month of hire.
