Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Production Associate to operate machinery that casts concrete and composite products for a company with 30+ years of industry experience. This full-time, temporary-to-hire role offers a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, knowledge of production equipment, ability to lift 50 lbs, and pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.
• Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.
• Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.
• Produce products that meet customer and company standards.
• Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Associate Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be operating machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience.

Pay Rate

$21.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
