Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Associate for a client in Jackson, TN. The role offers 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts, with 2nd and 3rd shifts Monday through Friday.

Pay is $16.50–$17.00 per hour with benefits starting at employment and potential for advancement. Responsibilities include inspecting and grading products on the conveyor, placing rejected items in designated areas, and rotating through line positions while maintaining safety and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more production or quality experience.
• Professionalism and a positive attitude are of utmost importance
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attendance record
• Able to work some weekends

Responsibilities

• Verify the count, look at, and manage the product, as required by nature, to determine the grade and identify substandard products as they pass down the conveyor line.
• Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas. Add supplemental products to bring the original product to specifications.
• Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions on the line.
• May be directed to assist in other plant areas as production demands require.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as provided.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required following SOP.
