Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) seeks a Production Associate for an immediate opening in Jackson, TN. Pay is $16.50–$17.00 per hour with day, night, or swing shifts, Monday–Friday options, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Verify the count, inspect products to determine grade and identify substandard items on the conveyor line.
• Place rejected products and grades in designated piles; add supplemental products to meet specifications.
• Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions on the line; adapt to production needs.
• Assist in other plant areas as production demands require.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; follow SOP and GMP.

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking dedicated professionals for an immediate Production Associate opening for our client located in Jackson, TN

Pay $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Shifts: 6:00AM - 6:00PM or 6:00PM - 6:00AM or 2nd and 3rd Shift, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Verify the count, look at, and manage the product, as required by nature, to determine the grade and identify substandard products as they pass down the conveyor line.
• Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas. Add supplemental products to bring the original product to specifications.
• Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions on the line.
• May be directed to assist in other plant areas as production demands require.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as provided.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required following SOP.
