Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Associate for a Lebanon, TN manufacturing site. You will operate machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures, following safety procedures and quality standards.

The position is full-time, on-site with a second shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. The role offers weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan and a $50 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.
• Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.
• Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.
• Produce products that meet customer and company standards.
• Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be operating machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience.

Pay Rate

$21.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
