Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Production Associate – Test – Level 2 to join our production team in the United States. The role involves setting up and testing units per procedures using automated and non-automated equipment, and accurately documenting results.

You will work across different workstations and cells, identify proper equipment, and communicate findings to Electronic Technicians. IPC-A-610 certification is a plus, and PCB testing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand test procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience testing PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment.
• Identify proper equipment to be used.
• Fill out production documentation.
• Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures.
• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.).
• Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed.
• Document pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision).
• Compile and validate test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements.
• Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.
• Set up and test units per procedures using correct equipment.
• Use non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.).
