Job summary

Production Associate – Test – Level 2 at Creation Technologies in Newark, NY is responsible for setting up and testing units per procedures with automated equipment, documenting results, and coordinating with Electronic Technicians. Responsibilities

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment.
• Identify proper equipment to be used.
• Properly fill out production documentation.
• Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures.
• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.).
• Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed.
• Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision).
• As required – compile and validate test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements.
• As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.
• Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment.
• Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.).
