Job Summary
The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping of transducers and probes to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintains daily production output.
- Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
- Completes basic troubleshooting.
- Ensures manufacturing documentation is correct and current.
- Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
- Participates in quality control inspections when required.
- Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Completes other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
- Works with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
- Participates in 55S activities led by team lead/management.
- May assist with training peers when required.

- Read and follow procedures/schematics for standard operations.
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
- 0 to 6 months of related manufacturing experience.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
