Seal & Design Inc. in Town of Clarence, NY, is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate orders to spec, learn process flow, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate machinery safely, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and cross-train in other departments to meet production needs. The shift is 6:00a–2:30p; pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour. Candidates must read, write and speak English and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.
