Job summary

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3) including every other weekend, with temperatures potentially exceeding 100°F in summer. You will wear PPE, maintain safety, and work in a team-focused environment to ensure quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (2-2-3), including every other weekend.
• Prior manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Work in temperatures that may exceed 100°F in summer.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift 50+ lbs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and clean production machinery and equipment.
• Visually inspect products and materials for quality; report issues.
• Troubleshoot basic production or equipment issues.
• Package, move, organize, and label materials and finished products.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete required production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
