Zusammenfassung

Plastipak is seeking a Production Technician to operate plastic container manufacturing equipment in a clean, climate-controlled plant in Florida. You will monitor, adjust and troubleshoot blow molding lines, ensuring bottles meet weight and dimension specs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment and solve problems
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to cleanroom/food-grade standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and basic electrical/mechanical systems
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing equipment is preferred

Aufgaben

• Operate blow molding production equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality bottles
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks on bottle weights and dimensions to meet specifications
• Collaborate with team to identify safety, reliability and scrap-reduction improvements
• Participate in formal and on-the-job training for career growth
