Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is hiring a Production Associate in Waynesville, NC. You will pack thermoformed trays, inspect parts for defects, seal and box products, and support production flow on 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include operating the trim press, labeling, staging packaging materials, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Prior packing or warehouse experience is helpful; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read manufacturing instructions is required.

• Use pallet jacks to move skids; assist line when needed.
