This position requires strong attendance, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works well collaboratively to meet production goals.What You’ll Be DoingInspect and pack pouches from assigned machines to ensure products meet order specifications and quality standardsOperate all bag machines safely and efficientlyFollow all food safety and regulatory compliance requirementsReview production orders for accuracy and proper setupVerify sealers are properly closed and functioningMonitor strip rolls for proper placementRecord start counts and production data accuratelyWork closely with Set-Up team members to confirm order accuracy and machine readinessPerform minor machine adjustments including eye positioning, wicket pins, and lip/print alignmentConduct regular quality checks and complete QC documentation as requiredBuild and label boxes with correct counts, machine numbers, and order detailsSeal and move completed boxes according to order instructionsComplete end-of-order documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate key information during shift transitionsAssist with physical inventory counts as directedWe’d Love to Hear From You IfYou have experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environmentYou pay strong attention to detailYou are committed to quality and safetyYou communicate effectively with team membersYou have a proactive problem-solving mindsetYou are willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededYou can maintain strong attendance and reliability in a production environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsAt TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support our employees’ overall wellbeing.
