Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Production Associates for the Burlington, WA area to support the engineered wood manufacturing process on day and night shifts. This fast-paced role covers the press department, assisting both the front and back end of production and ensuring quality throughout the line.

Responsibilities include feeding materials, monitoring flow, measuring output, stacking and preparing shipment bundles, and communicating via radio while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Burlington, WA.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a warm, fast-paced environment with industrial fans/AC.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus.
• Interest in long-term employment and advancement opportunities.

Schedule:6a–6p or 6p–6a | 3?on / 2 off rotating
