A local painting franchise in Warwick, RI, is seeking a Production Associate to provide exceptional service and support to Job Site Supervisors. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, conducting quality control visits, and managing production capacity. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• 5 years of related field experience required.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must speak, read, and write English; Spanish is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
• Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals
• Must speak, read, and write English - Spanish speaking skills helpful but not necessary
• Previous experience in the paint industry preferred but not required
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented and taking pride in your work.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Job Site Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Conduct quality control visits and final job walk-throughs.
• Provide exceptional support to CertaPro Painters’ Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
• Service all CertaPro Painters’ customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
• Develop a close working relationship with the Sales Associate and the Office Associate to ensure all expectations set forth with the customers are met and best executed.
• Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.
• Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.
• Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to EPA Lead Safe Renovator (RRP)
• Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines around Lead Safety and possess and maintain the required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Quality control visits, job site kick offs and final walk-throughs with clients
• Enforcing all safety policies
• Participate in annual reviews of field staff
• Travel to key events such as National Conference, Training Sessions and Leadership Off-site training as
• Maximize production capacity through efficient daily management of labor
• Conduct in-person daily job site visits and provide updates following each site visit to the production/sales
• Create a painter-focused culture; promote great performance and positive morale.
• Coach Job Site Supervisors on effective job planning to protect profit.

Production Associate Responsibilities
