Job summary

CertaPro Painters is seeking an Office Assistant to support Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource and Business Development functions in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include creating sales packages, sending estimates, following up with customers, coordinating marketing activities, maintaining mailing lists, managing inventory, processing POs, paying bills, onboarding new hires, and coordinating training participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Organized and detailed oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 2+ years of Office Assistant experience (preferred).
