Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Production Associate in Tupelo, MS to support daily manufacturing operations, assemble products, operate equipment, inspect goods, and package materials per work instructions. You will pack products efficiently, collaborate with teams, uphold 5S standards, troubleshoot issues, and monitor quality to meet production goals in a safety-focused environment.

Pay Rate: $17.74 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM–11:45 PM

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency with a “get it done” attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements.
  • Reliable, committed, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous forklift certification and experience safely operating a forklift.
  • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting quality and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to identify defects and maintain high quality standards.
