Job summary

Foremost Farms in Clayton, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to join our local cheese manufacturing team. This entry-level role focuses on producing a safe, high-quality product and supporting a cooperative production line.

You will work with HACCP and GMP procedures, troubleshoot issues, and participate in a team environment on a rotating schedule. Foremost Farms offers strong benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to tell time on analog or digital clocks.
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail oriented and accurate in work.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays on rotating schedule.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escape them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18years or older
