Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. in Reedsburg, Wisconsin invites you to join our production team as a Production Associate. You will help produce a safe, high‑quality dairy product and work in a fast‑paced environment with training on HACCP, GMPs, safety, and loss control programs.

We seek motivated candidates who are at least 18, can read English, perform basic math, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate to appropriate team members.
• Trained on HACCP, GMPs, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and apply that knowledge to daily duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalat them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
