Job summary

Foremost Farms is hiring a Production Associate for our Richland Center, Wisconsin location. You will contribute to producing a safe, high-quality dairy product and support a fast-paced manufacturing team in a facility at 684 S. Church St., Richland Center, WI 53581.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, read and comprehend English, basic math, and willingness to work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule. Training on HACCP, GMPs and safety is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Proficient with computers and touch-screen devices.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and elevate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
