Foremost Farms USA in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Production Associate for full-time, non-exempt work. Starting pay is $28.28/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium for 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with increases to $28.56 after 3 months and $30.57 after 6 months.

Shifts are 2nd and 3rd with rotating weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include producing a safe, quality product and troubleshooting issues; training on HACCP, GMPs, safety, and loss-control programs as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Must be able to tell time on analog or digital clocks.
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be detail oriented and able to stand long periods.
• Able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY $28.28 per hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.
Pay increases to $28.56 per hour at three months and $30.57 per hour after 6 months.

All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm- 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
