Job summary

EGA Spectro Alloys LLC in Rosemount, Minnesota seeks motivated Production Associates to join a high‑volume aluminum recycling and foundry operation. You will gain exposure to multiple production areas, learn industrial skills, and contribute to daily operations in a fast‑paced team environment.

Starting wage is $25.00/hour with a night shift premium of $1.30/hour. Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule applies, with day and night shift times as listed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely stack and handle aluminum ingots (approximately 28 lbs each).
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided).
• Assist with routine maintenance and general plant operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support production goals.

Our Production Associates are the backbone of the plant. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple production areas and develop valuable industrial skills in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. One week you may work near the furnaces, another week supporting finishing operations or material handling. If you’re dependable, safety‑focused, and work well with others, we want to hear from you.

• Starting Wage: $25.00/hour
• Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour
• Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• Shift Times:
  • Days: 4:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Nights: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM
