Spectro Alloys Corp. is seeking a Safety Specialist to support daily plant operations, train staff, and enforce safety policies.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, with the ability to work independently on the night shift and follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
The Safety Specialist supports daily operations by helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace through employee training, hazard identification, safety inspections, and compliance support. This role works closely with production and maintenance teams to promote safe work practices, identify potential hazards, and help ensure company safety procedures are followed throughout the facility.
