Job summary

EGA Spectro Alloys LLC in Rosemount, Minnesota is seeking Production Associates to join a modern aluminum recycling and foundry operation. You will be exposed to multiple production areas, learning hands-on skills in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious team environment.

Starting wage is $25.00/hour with a night shift premium of $1.30/hour. The schedule rotates 3-2-2-3, and comprehensive training and equipment operation support are provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely stack and handle aluminum ingots (approximately 28 lbs each).

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support production goals.

Our Production Associates are the backbone of the plant. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple production areas and develop valuable industrial skills in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. One week you may work near the furnaces, another week supporting finishing operations or material handling. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and work well with others, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Wage: $25.00/hour
• Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour
• Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• Shift Times:
  • Days: 4:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Nights: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM
