Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Production Associate 2nd Shift in Pelham, AL to join a leading manufacturing team. You will support the production line, load and unload wood products, and ensure safety and quality throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate shows reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM, with a $16.00 hourly pay and a weekly attendance bonus. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Associate 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate 2nd Shift

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
