Job description

Georgia-Pacific is now hiring a Production Associate at our Trey corrugated facility in West Chester, Ohio!

Starting pay is $21.75 and up depending on experience.

Shift

• 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)
• Employee must be available to cover other shifts as required, work overtime, holidays, and weekends, when needed.
• Training will be on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm).

What You Will Do

1. Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
2. Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
3. Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
4. Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
5. Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
6. Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
7. Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
8. Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud/noisy, industrial, high-volume environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post-high school education in a manufacturing/industrial program.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
