Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production Associate for a role in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This position covers 1st and 2nd shifts with potential for hire after a successful probation period.

Responsibilities include assembling and testing electrical panels and PCBs, soldering, testing with DMM/oscilloscope, and maintaining quality through inspection and documentation. Candidates should read English instructions and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with PCBs preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• IPC certification a plus (not required).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Hand solder, clean, and inspect circuit boards; repair minor defects.
• Identify electronic components and correct part placement.

• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Move and lift materials up to 40 lbs.
• Rotate between workstations as needed.
• Report any issues to the team lead.

Position Title: Production Associate Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm; 3:30pm-11:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Production Associate position available at a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Production Associate Responsibilities
