Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a client in Richfield, WI. This role offers steady first or second shift work, with a $20.00-$22.00/hour wage and potential for permanent hire.

You will operate production line equipment, perform quality checks, read a tape measure, and work with hand and power tools. Join a safety‑conscious team and contribute to efficient daily production. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with regular hours Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Welding knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong math skills, including working with fractions and decimals.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16-inch increments.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment on Hy-Brid line.
• Maintain quality control and report issues outside specifications.
• Communicate and coordinate with co-workers to maintain production flow.
• Accurately complete daily timecards and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety regulations.

Mechanical Assembler

Wage:

$20.00-$22.00/hour

Shift:

1st, 2nd

Hours:

6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a company in Richfield, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift.

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate production line equipment and tools on Hy-Brid line
• Responsible for quality control; report issues that may fall outside of product specifications
• Communicate and flex with co-workers to maintain required production line flow
• Accurately complete daily timecards and required production documentation
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations
• May perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Mechanical Assembler Requirements:

• Good mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Welding knowledge or experience preferred
