Job summary

Responsibilities include organizing inventory, updating ERP records, picking and labeling parts, moving materials to production, and ensuring accurate counts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, good communication, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory organized and complete regular cycle counts.
• Update materials in the ERP system as items move.
• Pick, count, label, and prepare parts for production.
• Support production by moving materials quickly and accurately.
• Deliver inventory to workstations as needed.
• Check inventory counts and fix any discrepancies.
• Use tools like scales and reel counters to track inventory.
• Load and unload trucks and materials.
• Package and handle materials to prevent damage.
• Store and organize parts using proper methods (FIFO, labeling, etc.).
• Enter inventory data and process adjustments in the system.
• Follow specifications for packaging, labeling, and part handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
