CoWorx Staffing Services, in partnership with VIBRAM located in North Brookfield, MA, is hiring! Vibram’s manufacturing plant in North Brookfield, MA has been operational since the early 1800s. Positions include: Production Associates, Finishing Associates, Mixing Associates, and more! Whether you are new to the industry and looking to get your foot in the door, or experienced and seeking to join a reputable company in the area, we have a position for you! Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities: Perform various duties within the department as assigned, including working with, assisting, or replacing on a temporary basis heel and/or sole molders or service persons, press room trucker or piler as assigned. Follow established methods, practices, and procedures to perform operations such as inspection, painting, trimming, and packing a wide range of composition, neoprene, cushion soles, and heels. Work from verbal instructions. Use tools and materials such as shears, trimming machines, cleaners, solvents, touch-up markers, paints, and brushes.

Desired Background/Skills: Must be at least 18 years old or older. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for most roles. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Good communication and basic math skills.
