Manufacturing Associate

As a manufacturing associate, you play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate
  • Manufacturing and assembly of various products and parts
  • Testing products to ensure specifications are met and documenting processing conditions
  • Following production guidelines and specifications to ensure product quality
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation and fabrication areas
  • Keeping records of production and reporting inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate
  • Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and seek clarification
  • Willingness to contribute to team efforts and organizational success
What you need to be successful
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products, and processing/fabrication equipment
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills; team player; critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs., and team lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs/ladders
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch
  • Good vision for detail and defect identification
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors
