Description

This position is responsible for assisting with daily production while working with components in an organized manner within an assigned area as directed. The Production Associate accurately and efficiently completes orders according to established procedures and quality standards.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Assist with daily production to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.
2. Review daily manufacturing functions and job orders to ensure awareness of requirements.
3. Ensure the safe operation of equipment.
4. Recommend measures to improve production methods and product quality.
5. Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any problems affecting safety, equipment, tooling, or quality.
6. Maintain full knowledge of all processes.
7. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
8. Conduct oneself professionally in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
