Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned company founded in Clarence, NY, with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for various sealing applications. We provide superior products to customers across industries such as Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on the first shift!
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overview:

Fabricate orders according to job specifications, focusing on process improvement, quality, and meeting or exceeding productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery safely following company policies.
  • Perform secondary inspections and notify supervisors of quality issues; suspend sorting if necessary until issues are resolved.
  • Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications:

To be seriously considered, candidates should have:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Skills: Proficiency with business software in a computer-supported environment, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Characteristics: Results-driven, proactive, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
