Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Associate in Nashville, TN to support a leading beverage company. You will operate bottling, labeling, and packaging lines, load materials, and help ensure product quality.

This full-time, temporary-to-hire role offers $17.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits after eligibility. Candidates must wear steel-toed boots, stand for shifts, and pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand for full shift.
• Drug screen and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Load raw materials into production machinery.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow GMP and safety protocols at all times.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be working with the largest beverage company in the world that has been in business for over 125 years!

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday to Friday, some weekends required

Shifts

• 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:30am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Load raw materials into production machinery.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols at all times.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
