Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of production painting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HVLP spray guns and plural‑component mixing systems.
  • Ability to read and apply Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
  • Comfortable working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.

Responsibilities

  • Apply base‑coat, clear‑coat, and primer to a variety of substrates including limbs, handles, and accessories.
  • Operate HVLP spray guns and plural‑component mixing systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • Mix and prep paint according to Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and production specifications.
  • Use a paint scale to measure and verify mix ratios.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on paint equipment and systems.
  • Rework parts as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift.

If you have hands‑on painting experience in a manufacturing setting and take pride in precision work, this is a role where your craftsmanship directly contributes to products used by Olympic athletes and world‑record hunters.

What You'll Do
  • Apply base‑coat, clear‑coat, and primer to a variety of substrates including limbs, handles, and accessories
  • Operate HVLP spray guns and plural‑component mixing systems with accuracy and consistency
  • Mix and prep paint according to Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and production specifications
  • Use a paint scale to measure and verify mix ratios
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on paint equipment and systems
  • Rework parts as needed to meet quality standards
  • Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift
What You Bring
Required
  • 3–5 years of production painting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands‑on experience with HVLP spray guns and plural‑component mixing systems
  • Ability to read and apply Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
  • Comfortable working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels
Preferred
  • Automotive base‑coat and clear‑coat experience
  • Experience with airbrush techniques or decorative finishing
Schedule & Shift

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10‑hour shifts with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch)

During peak season, schedule expands to include Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

Pay & Compensation

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
